Below is an email I sent to Sister Virginia Hutchison from St Nicholas’s Antiochian Orthodox Church here in Melbourne. It outlines why I left the church: their traditions nullify the Word of God and actively help promote Satan’s agenda. This is included on this site to prevent others going down the same spiritual dead ends I travelled down several years ago. Again, please contact me if you need someone to talk to or uplift you in your journey with Christ.
Hi Sr Virginia,
I have arranged for my mail to be held at the post office, and will redirect it when I find a new place to live in.
You are also very welcome to keep the white jumper and anything else I may have left at the house.
Now re. Word of God (Bible) vs Tradition:
Today the only Christian activity that is actually defined in America as a “hate crime” is preaching the literal Word of God to save souls (if you’re interested you can look up the case of Michael Marcavage, who was briefly committed to a psychiatric institution, against his will, for defending the Word of God publically).
The Devil clearly doesn’t find the Divine Liturgy, the Jesus Prayer, the adoration of Mary & the Saints, or mystical interpretations of Scripture at all threatening, or these areas would be being targeted too. In fact the Jesus Prayer is now being positively PROMOTED on many New Age/Gnostic/Occult websites and this should bother you enough to investigate this thoroughly for yourself. No matter how tired you feel. The truth matters: without it we unwittingly become the Devil’s pawns instead of God’s servants.
Likewise, the adoration of the Virgin Mary is also being encouraged by many occult/New Age groups online. Look into “Marian apparitions”, “Fatima”, and “Medjugorje” (all are visions of the Virgin Mary that are now being seen all over the world). It disturbed me recently to find that these lying “signs and wonders” of the “Blessed Virgin Mary” are being actively PROMOTED on one of the most major occult websites (see
The site above is dedicated to achieving the emergence of a False Christ in the world, Maitreya. And the fact that it is promoting the worship of Mary adds extra weight to the argument that the worship/adoration of the Virgin Mary is ABOMINABLE TO GOD (because it defies His command that we worship and serve Him
alone) and will be condemned by Him when He comes to judge us after the end of the world. If worshipping Mary is acceptable to God, then why would Maitreya (Satan) encourage us to adore her by broadcasting her “miracles” online?
In case you don’t recall, Maitreya is the evil spiritual entity who orchestrated the attacks on me, Alexandra, Anthony Cumming and yourself at various times during my stay at St Anna’s Monastery. Countless people around the world have used the Internet to report encounters with this being: I believe he is the
Devil himself masquerading as various “Angels of Light” today (including the Virgin Mary).
I read “On the Apostolic Preaching” thoroughly and nowhere did he exhort his readers to do anything other than hold fast to God’s Words in Scripture. Neither did he tell us to get all mystical, philosophical, and overly-complex about how we interpret the Word of God. Rather, he exhorted us to approach it with childlike faith and “simply see what is.” And the Word of God Himself (Jesus) stressed that this is exactly how He wants us to approach Him:
“…Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and
become as little children, ye shall not enter into the
kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 18:3b, KJV
“…Suffer the little children to come unto me, and
forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.”
Mark 10:14b, KJV
Little children are frank, honest, humble, and they accept the words of their parents as absolute truths. And Jesus (the Word of God) calls us to approach Him in the same manner as these little ones would.
Just like these young children who place their faith in their parents, we must do likewise when it comes to our Heavenly Father and His holy Word. While we may not always be able to understand everything with our carnal minds and human understanding, and while we may sometimes not know or see where He is leading us along life’s rugged road, we must still accept His Word as
absolute, immutable truth, and take His Hand by faith. We must believe that He loves us so much, that He will not allow anything to happen to us, unless He knows that it is for our own good, and that it will result in good fruit in our lives in the end.
The Bible continually warns us of the danger of getting overly philosophical and clever about Scripture:
“Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and
vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the
rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.”
Colossians 2:8, KJV
“But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent
beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds
should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in
2 Corinthians 11:3, KJV
